SalesWhiz sends notifications for various events:
When a customer sends a message through any connected channel.
When an order is placed, payment is submitted, or order status changes.
When a customer uploads payment proof for verification.
When a product's stock falls below the configured threshold.
When the AI detects an escalation keyword and flags a conversation for human review.
Click on a notification to navigate directly to the relevant item (conversation, order, product, etc.). Mark individual notifications as read, or use Mark All as Read to clear all at once.
Notifications are delivered in real time via SSE, so they appear instantly without needing to refresh the page.
