Set up a custom OIDC provider so your team can log in with corporate credentials.
SalesWhiz supports Google SSO out of the box for all accounts. Enterprise customers can go further by configuring a custom OIDC (OpenID Connect) provider — such as Okta, Azure AD, or a self-hosted identity provider — so team members can log in using their existing corporate credentials.
SSO configuration is available to account owners under Dashboard > Settings > Security > SSO.
Google SSO works out of the box and requires no configuration. On the login page, click Sign in with Google and authorize SalesWhiz. No admin setup is needed.
This is the recommended login method for individuals and small teams.
To set up a custom SSO provider, you need the following information from your identity provider:
In your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, etc.), create a new OIDC application. Set the redirect URI to the value shown in SalesWhiz SSO settings.
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from your identity provider.
Common SSO errors and how to resolve them:
The redirect URI in your identity provider does not match the one in SalesWhiz. Copy the exact URI from the SSO settings page.
Double-check the Client ID and Client Secret. Regenerate the secret in your identity provider if it has expired.
Copy the Issuer URL (also called Discovery URL) — it typically ends with /.well-known/openid-configuration.
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Security > SSO. Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Issuer URL. Click Save.
Click Test SSO to open the login flow in a new tab. Sign in with your corporate credentials. If it succeeds, users can now log in via SSO.
Some OIDC providers restrict which users can log in. Ensure the SalesWhiz app in your IdP is assigned to the correct users or groups.
SalesWhiz cannot reach the Issuer URL. Verify the URL is correct and publicly accessible from the SalesWhiz server.
