Solutions to the most common issues users encounter with SalesWhiz.
This guide collects solutions to the most common issues users encounter with SalesWhiz. If you cannot find the answer here, use the search bar at the top of the Help Center, or contact our support team.
If messages from customers are not appearing in your SalesWhiz inbox, work through these checks in order:
Go to Settings > Channels and confirm the relevant channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) is toggled ON.
For WhatsApp and Messenger, confirm the webhook URL in your Facebook App is correct and the subscription is active.
WhatsApp Cloud API tokens expire. Verify your token is still valid and regenerate a permanent system user token if needed.
Send a new message from a different device. If it appears, the channel is working and the issue may be with cached state.
Disable the channel integration in SalesWhiz and re-enable it to force a webhook reset.
If the dashboard loads slowly or becomes unresponsive:
Hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). If that does not help, clear all SalesWhiz browser data from Settings.
SalesWhiz uses SSE for real-time updates. A slow or unstable connection will cause the dashboard to appear sluggish.
If you receive an error when trying to send a message from the inbox:
WhatsApp and Messenger access tokens expire. Regenerate your token and update it in SalesWhiz Settings.
Sending too many messages quickly may trigger platform rate limits. Wait a few minutes and try again.
If the AI is not responding automatically to incoming messages:
Go to Settings > AI Behavior and confirm auto-response is enabled.
Ensure at least one engagement trigger is configured and matches the type of messages you are sending.
Test in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari to isolate a browser-specific issue.
Ad blockers or security extensions occasionally interfere with SSE connections.
For WhatsApp, the recipient may have blocked the business number or the number may be invalid.
Click the error icon on the failed message for the specific error code from the messaging platform.
AI responses consume credits. Go to Dashboard > Credits to verify you have a positive balance.
If an escalation keyword was previously detected in the conversation, AI is disabled for that chat. Manually clear the escalation flag in the conversation.
AI auto-response is available on all connected channels. Confirm the channel is properly connected.
